Detailed Description

This circuit will plot atoms using MatPlotLib from a LOCPOT file. This Circuit requires MatPlotLib library to be installed.

Initialisation parameters:

• Filename = Input Filename | string

Input channels: None

Output channels: None

Examples:

machine.AddCircuit(type='PlotAtoms',name='plot',Filename='host.LOCPOT')
